Lahore, Pakistan. Operator, contractor, and the first user of everything ORACY builds.
Adeel didn't come to technology from a classroom. He came from the field. Over the years he has worked hands-on across construction, general contracting, advertising and food & beverage, running restaurant operations in Lahore and Saudi Arabia.
As a contractor, he delivered work on hospital, school, restaurant and commercial projects, including for large chain clients. Along the way he didn't just complete projects, he studied how each business operated: hardware stores, tile suppliers, marble and packaging factories, retailers. Some were highly organised, many were not, and even those using technology were leaving huge value untapped. That gap, between what businesses use today and what technology could truly do for them, is exactly where ORACY Tech works.
Wherever he works, Adeel studies the business closely, from appointments and patient flow in clinics to the automations a factory needs and the live dashboards an owner needs to watch growth in real time. That habit of asking “what would truly help this business?” is how ORACY approaches every client.
That ground-level understanding is the foundation of ORACY Tech. Before ORACY offers a system to any client, it has already been tested in a real business. Our first product, a complete restaurant operating platform, was built and proven inside live restaurant kitchens.

Why ORACY exists
Across years of working in construction, contracting, advertising and food & beverage, I kept seeing the same thing. Many businesses run with no technology at all. Others have a website that looks outdated, or one that simply doesn't work. And too often, when a business does pay for a system, it is built once, handed over, and forgotten while the business keeps changing.
I started ORACY Tech to change that. We don't measure success by how many services we sell. We measure it by how much real value our systems create for our clients. That means understanding your business first, building what you actually need, and staying with you, upgrading and improving as your needs and your growth demand.
We're not here to sell you software. We're here to build something valuable with you, and to grow alongside you.
