Industries we understand
We have worked inside these businesses, not just sold to them
Our founder spent years as a contractor and operator across these sectors, studying how each business really runs. That is why our systems fit the work, instead of asking the work to fit the system.
Restaurants, cafés & food chains
We did not study restaurants from the outside. We have run them, in Lahore and in Saudi Arabia, and we built the ORACY restaurant platform inside our own kitchens before offering it to anyone.
Where the experience comes from
Owned and operated restaurants ourselves. Our platform runs in live kitchens today.
Construction & contracting
Construction runs on dozens of people, suppliers and payments moving at once. Most of it is tracked in WhatsApp groups, notebooks and memory. We have lived that, as a contractor, and we know what a proper system would have saved.
Where the experience comes from
Years as a contractor on hospital, school, restaurant and commercial projects.
Building materials trade
As a contractor we bought from hardware stores, tile suppliers and marble businesses for years. We saw which ones were organised and which ones lost orders, stock and money every week, and where technology would have changed that.
Where the experience comes from
Hardware stores, tile suppliers and marble businesses, seen from the buying side.
Manufacturing & factories
Factories in Pakistan are often highly productive and poorly measured. Production, wastage and dispatch are known to the floor supervisor but not to the owner. We have walked these floors and understood how they work.
Where the experience comes from
Marble and packaging factories, and factories across sectors seen as a contractor.
Retail
Retail is where a missing stock count or an untracked discount quietly eats the profit. We have seen retail as an operator and as a supplier, and we know how a simple, well-designed system changes the daily reality.
Where the experience comes from
Retail understood from both sides of the counter: as supplier and as operator.
Something else?
Clinics, schools, service businesses, trading houses. We approach every business the same way: we come and look first. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
Tell us about itOur view
Three kinds of business
In every sector we have seen the same three groups. Which one are you?
No technology at all
Registers, memory and WhatsApp. Often very profitable, always one key person away from chaos. The first system should be simple and make the owner feel the business is smaller.
Technology that doesn't work
A website that looks ten years old, or software the staff gave up on. The problem was never the business; it was a system designed without watching the work.
Technology with room to grow
A system that works, but stopped improving the day it was delivered. These businesses gain the most from a partner who keeps building.
