ORACY Tech (“ORACY”, “we”) is a software company based in Lahore, Pakistan. You can contact us at hello@oracytech.com.

This website

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not set cookies for tracking. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics (such as page views by country and page) that do not identify you personally.

When you contact us through the website, your message is sent through WhatsApp or your email application. We receive what you choose to send and use it only to reply to you and to understand your requirements.

ORACY products

When a business uses an ORACY product, the business is the controller of its own data (sales, menus, stock, staff and customers). ORACY processes that data only to provide the product, keep it secure and support the business. We do not sell business data or share it with other clients. Each client's data is isolated from every other client's.

Where an ORACY product collects information from a business's customers (for example, a phone number to place an order or earn loyalty points), that information is collected on behalf of the business and used only for the service the customer requested. Customers can ask the business, or ORACY at hello@oracytech.com, to delete their account and data.

Information we hold about you

If you are a client or a prospective client, we hold your contact details and the record of our conversations and agreements for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.

Security

ORACY products run on reputable cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and audit logs. Access by ORACY staff to a client's account is restricted to support purposes and is recorded.
