Your data, your business

Your data belongs to you. Here is what that means in practice.

Business owners often ask us the same honest question: if my sales and recipes are on your system, who can see them? This page is our answer, in plain language.

Isolated by design

Each client is a separate tenant. The database itself enforces that one account can never read another's rows.

Support access is recorded

When you ask ORACY for help and we open your account, that access is logged with who, when and why, and you can see the log.

Never shared, never sold

We do not share, sell, aggregate or benchmark your business data. Not with other clients, not with anyone.

Yours to take

Your data can be exported in a standard format at any time. If you leave, we delete it on your request.

A note from the founder

We run restaurants too. We understand the question.

ORACY was built inside our own restaurants, so we know exactly how sensitive a restaurant's sales, recipes and costs are. We built data isolation into the platform from the first day for that reason, and we would not accept anything less for our own business.

Your business data is not our product. The platform is. We earn your subscription by making the platform better, and by keeping your data exactly where it belongs: with you.

Questions

The ones owners ask

Does ORACY see my sales?

Only when you ask us to look, for support. Every such access is recorded and visible to you in your admin app. There is no standing access by anyone at ORACY to any client's business data.

Can another restaurant on ORACY see my data?

No. Every client is a separate tenant. Data isolation is enforced at the database level, not just in the app screens.

Do you use my data to help my competitors?

No. Your sales, recipes, costs, customers and staff information are yours and are never shared, aggregated into benchmarks, or used in any way outside your own account.

What if I stop using ORACY?

You can export your data in a standard format, and we delete it from our systems on your written request after the export.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Ask us before the first conversation if you prefer.
