What owners abroad ask us
We are not in Pakistan or Saudi Arabia. Can you still serve us?
Yes. The platform is cloud-based and we set up, train and support remotely. Your location only changes the currency, the tax rate and the receipt format, all of which are configured per restaurant.
How does support work across time zones?
Support runs on WhatsApp and video calls, in English and Urdu. Our team works across Pakistan and Saudi time, which overlaps most service days in Europe, the Gulf and the eastern Americas. We reply within one working day, and faster on launch days.
Does it work with our local taxes and currency?
Currency, tax rate and receipt layout are set per restaurant. Tell us your country when you book a demo and we will confirm what applies to you before you decide.
What does it cost?
A monthly subscription per branch, with the parts you switch on. Ask us for pricing in your currency; there is no long-term lock-in and your data is yours to export.
Can we try it with our own menu first?
Yes. We set up a trial account with your actual menu so you judge it on your own dishes, prices and deals.
